Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on March 21, 2023 found that Erwine Home Health and Hospice, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on January 27, 2023.
